Last evening, Governor Sisolak declared that no tenant occupied properties in Nevada can be shown. Any offers must be written prior to viewing, and the tenant’s rights will prevail.  There are some condo bargains out there in this market sector. The owner of the Bella Vita wants it SOLD and will consider all offers.  The tenant is on a month to month lease and is paying $815 per month.  HOA dues are $183 per month.  Property taxes under $500 per year.

We are conducting business Virtually for now.  We just put our Henderson REEF POINT HOME listing into escrow.  The buyers are both in the medical field. The seller appreciated their service in these crazy times and generously credited them a healthy amount of closing costs.
